All members are advised that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Albany Agricultural Society Inc will take place as follows:

Items of Business:

· Confirmation of previous AGM Minutes

· To consider Annual Reports and yearly statements of account

· To receive the Finance Report and Balance Sheet

· The election of the Patron, Vice Patrons & Trustees

· The election of Office Holders & Committee Members

· The election of Councillors of Show Sections

· The election of an Auditor

· To consider any item of business for which due notice has been given in writing.
