250 gm of each of following: Butter, Raisins, Brown Sugar, Dates, Currants, Sultanas and Plain Flour, 5 Eggs, 30gm each Orange and Lemon Peel. 60gm of each of the following: Self Raising Flour, Almonds and Glacé Cherries. 1/2 teaspoon each of Almond, Lemon and Vanilla Essences and Ground Ginger, Cinnamon and Crushed Cloves, 1/4 Grated Nutmeg, 1/4 wine glass Brandy. MUST BE BAKED IN A 20cm ROUND TIN ONLY. Cut fruit to uniform size.
