• Confirmation of previous AGM Minutes
• Consideration of Annual Reports and yearly financial statements
• Receipt of the Finance Report and Balance Sheet
• Election of the Patron, Vice Patrons and Trustees
• Election of Office Holders and Committee Members
• Election of Councillors of Show Sections
• Election of an Auditor
• Consideration of any other business for which due notice has been given in writing
