NOTES ON PRESENTATION:
Plates or foam trays will be provided for displaying all root vegetables, onions, peas, beans and fruit. Cauliflowers are to have curds exposed by cutting leaves to a neat fringe. Root vegetables, other than potatoes, to have secondary roots removed and tops cut off neatly.
Onions to have roots and tops trimmed neatly. Peas and Beans to be arranged on a plate or foam tray. All vegetables are considered suitable for the "Collection of Vegetables" and are to be presented in a foam fruit box or similar container. Parsley etc. is not counted as a vegetable when used as a fill in or decoration.
